- 7.30 - 9.00 a.m. mindfulness yoga and meditation
- 16.00 - 17.30 Yoga unit and meditation
Saturday:
- 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Mindfulness yoga and meditation
- 16.00 - 17.30 Yoga unit and meditation Sunday
- 7.30 - 9.00 a.m. Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation at the end.
