Summer Internship at the Schenna Resort: Promoting Young Talents

Summer at the Schenna Resort is always a special time, as each year we welcome the support of our dedicated summer interns. They come from various schools, both domestically and internationally, bringing diverse experiences, yet all approach their tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, infusing our establishment with fresh energy.

As a 4-star S hotel, we place great importance on excellent service and the highest quality. Our experienced staff gently guide the young colleagues through their new tasks, explaining the processes step by step until they can take on responsibilities independently. During their internship, they gain insight into the different departments of our wellness and active hotel, acquiring valuable experience in the kitchen, service, and front desk duties.

We know we are on the right path from the reaction of our intern Martina after her summer internship. Initially wanting to work in a travel agency, she is now passionate about working at the reception after her exciting time at Schenna Resort. "The tasks at the reception are so varied. You have the opportunity to use your language skills, learn to stay calm, and manage stressful situations. It's never boring," Martina explains with a beaming smile.
